Design specifications: follow GOST, api 609, mss sp-67 standards.

Nominal diameter: DN50～2000;

Nominal pressure: pn1.0mpa-pn1.6mpa.

Connection form: flange type, clamp type, lug type.

Applicable media: sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, chlorine, strong alkali, aqua regia and other highly corrosive media.

• The valve body is of split type or integral one-piece design, and the through shaft and half shaft are connected without pins.
• The valve plate is lined with 3-5mm thick ptfe, and the valve seat and valve plate adopt a ball cross-section sealing fit. Smooth transition opening reduces friction, reduces torque, and makes sealing more reliable.

• Before leaving the factory, the molded disc was subjected to a DC high-voltage 20kv electric shock test to ensure anti-corrosion performance. And the valves were tested for sealing and strength.
