Yes. ZFA provides OEM and ODM services.
Our services include custom manufacturing based on customer drawings, logo branding, material selection, size customization, and project-specific requirements. With in-house machining, assembly, coating, and inspection capabilities, ZFA supports customers from design confirmation to final delivery, providing reliable customized valve solutions worldwide.
Yes, We can change the form of the packaging and transportation according to your request, but you have to bear their own costs incurred during this period and the spreads.
Our valves are typically wrapped individually in bubble wrap and neatly stacked in fumigation-free wooden cases, with cardboard sheets placed between layers.
Alternatively, each unit can be packaged in an individual cardboard box.
We can also provide additional reinforcement using expanding foam after the initial bubble-wrap packaging.
Yes, if we have stocks.
We offer expedited production for urgent orders whenever our production schedule allows. Please let us know your required delivery date before placing your order. Our team will evaluate the production plan and provide the fastest possible lead time while ensuring product quality. Stock items, when available, can be shipped immediately.
Absolutely YES.
As an experienced butterfly valve manufacturer, we provide OEM and private label services. Your logo can be customized on the valve body, nameplate, packaging, labels, and related documents. Our team will verify all branding details before production to ensure a professional and consistent appearance.
Yes. We can manufacture valves according to your drawings, technical specifications or samples, as part of our OEM/ODM service.
If your design requires a new mold or special tooling beyond our existing production capabilities, we will first evaluate the design, develop the necessary tooling, and produce prototype samples for your approval before mass production. Please note that custom projects involving new molds or tooling typically require a longer lead time than our standard products.

Our standard payment terms are 30% in advance, with the remaining 70% balance to be paid before shipment.
For long-term partners or large-volume orders, flexible payment terms may be available upon mutual agreement. Please contact our sales team to discuss the most suitable payment arrangement for your project.
By sea, by air mainly, we also accept express delivery.
1. Our internal cycle tests consistently exceed 20,000 operational cycles, while customer testing has demonstrated performance capabilities of over 25,000 cycles.
2. Regarding pressure ratings, while many soft replaceable dovetail butterfly valves are typically limited to PN16 or PN20, ZFA valves can be designed to meet PN25 pressure ratings while maintaining stable sealing performance and operational reliability.
3. Material versatility is another key advantage of ZFA valves. We offer a wide range of material combinations for valve bodies, discs, stems, and seats.
Valve Body: In addition to standard materials such as ductile iron, stainless steel, and WCB, ZFA offers customized body materials—including LCC, LCB, titanium alloys, and other special alloys.
Seat: Materials include PTFE, EPDM, Viton, NBR, Hypalon, silicone rubber, and other custom options.
Disc: Ductile iron with coatings such as nylon, nickel, PFA, PTFE, or EPDM;
WCB, LCB/LCC;
Stainless steel grades such as CF8, CF8M, CF3, and CF3M;
Duplex steel and special alloys such as 2205, 2507, 95400, 95500, and 95800;
Titanium alloys and other custom materials.
4. Every ZFA valve undergoes rigorous pressure and sealing tests before leaving the factory. This ensures that every valve delivered to the customer meets our quality standards and delivers stable, reliable performance in actual applications.
ZFA is a specialized valve manufacturer with its own production facilities, not a trading company.
We are directly involved in every stage—from design, production, and quality control to final inspection. We possess comprehensive metal processing and testing capabilities, covering the entire workflow from valve body machining and coating to the inspection of both raw materials and finished products.
ZFA has established a comprehensive quality control system covering the entire manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products. We combine rigorous inspection procedures with specialized testing equipment to ensure consistent product quality and reliable valve performance.
IQC (Incoming Quality Control):
Before production begins, we strictly inspect all incoming materials, including castings, rubber components, and fasteners. We utilize spectrometers and metallographic analyzers to verify material grades, chemical composition, and microstructure. Inspections also cover dimensional checks, surface defect examinations, and quality verification of ductile iron.
IPQC (In-Process Quality Control):
During manufacturing, we monitor critical processes, including machining precision, stem concentricity, seat vulcanization quality, and coating performance. We use precision measuring tools—such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges—to ensure all dimensions meet technical specifications.
Assembly Inspection:
After assembly, we inspect component specifications, assembly dimensions, operating torque, and operational flexibility to ensure smooth and reliable valve operation.
FQC (Final Quality Control):
Before shipment, every finished valve undergoes comprehensive inspection, including visual checks, dimensional verification, pressure and sealing tests, nameplate verification, and performance testing. We employ liquid pressure and air-tightness testing equipment to guarantee reliable sealing performance.
OQC (Outgoing Quality Control):
Prior to delivery, we conduct a final check of packaging and documentation, along with random product sampling, to ensure the products meet customer requirements.
In addition, ZFA conducts torque and fatigue cycle tests to verify operational performance and service life. Backed by advanced testing equipment and a rigorous quality management system, ZFA ensures that every valve delivered to the customer offers stable performance and long-term reliability.
