1. Structure

Centerline Butterfly Valve

The centerline butterfly valve has a symmetrical design. The center of the valve stem and valve disc are consistent. It has a simple structure, is easy to install, and is cost-effective and efficient. It is suitable for general fluid control.

Eccentric Butterfly Valve

Its valve stem is offset from the center of the valve disc, improving sealing performance. Eccentric butterfly valves are often used in applications requiring tighter shutoff.

Single Offset Butterfly Valve

It uses a single offset design to improve sealing performance. Single offset butterfly valves are suitable for applications requiring moderate closing performance.

Double Offset Butterfly Valve

Both the valve stem and disc are offset. This achieves a higher level of sealing and reduces friction. Double offset butterfly valves are suitable for applications requiring high performance.

Triple Offset Butterfly Valve

It includes three offsets. This type of butterfly valve is typically used in applications requiring zero leakage and metal sealing. This includes the chemical and petroleum industries.

Vulcanization

The rubber lining in the rubber-lined butterfly valve uses high temperature to vulcanize the rubber and the valve body into one body. This valve seat has very high anti-corrosion properties and is generally used to control some corrosive fluids with strong acid and alkali. The disadvantage is that the valve is disposable and if the vulcanized valve seat is damaged, the entire butterfly valve needs to be replaced.

Hard Seal:

Eccentric type, use body seal or other metal materials such as stainless steel, bronze, graphite etc.
