PN25 Hydraulic Butterfly Valve Features

1. The perfect combination of soft sealing and PN25 high-pressure rating of this hydraulic butterfly valve: It provides bubble-tight zero leakage while overcoming the pressure limitations of traditional soft-seated butterfly valves (typically PN16), achieving a high pressure resistance level of PN25.
2. The soft-backed hydraulic butterfly valve seat is highly replaceable and does not require any special tools. The replacement can be completed;
3. The hydraulic butterfly valve has an extremely short response time, making it particularly suitable for automated control scenarios that require emergency shutoff, pressure relief protection, or instantaneous action.
4. EPDM replaceable seat can withstand temperatures ranging from -10 degrees Celsius to 110 degrees Celsius.
5. Double half shaft butterfly valves reduce the possibility of corrosion affecting the valve stem and disc through the pin.
6. The CF8M disc is made of 316L stainless steel, containing alloying elements such as nickel and molybdenum, exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance to various media, especially chlorides, acids, and alkalis.
Furthermore, the CF8M valve plate meets food-grade material standards, with no harmful element leaching, and can be used in food, drinking water, and pharmaceutical-grade piping systems.
Its resistance to scaling and corrosion means that the CF8M disc requires almost no frequent maintenance or replacement over long-term use, significantly reducing operating costs.
