2. Valve seat

--Soft Seal--

Hard-Back Seat:

The material is composed of a hard backrest wrapped with rubber on the outside. The installation method is to use a professional valve assembly platform to press the valve seat into the valve body through a machine. At the same time, the valve seat is also classified into ordinary type and waterline type.

Soft-Back Seat:

The entire material is composed only of rubber, so it is highly elastic and is also called a backless valve seat. Its installation method is more convenient for workers to repair, replace and disassemble later.

Vulcanization:

The rubber lining in the rubber-lined butterfly valve uses high temperature to vulcanize the rubber and the valve body into one body. This valve seat has very high anti-corrosion properties and is generally used to control some corrosive fluids with strong acid and alkali. The disadvantage is that the valve is disposable and if the vulcanized valve seat is damaged, the entire butterfly valve needs to be replaced.
