1. PTFE exhibits excellent compatibility with a variety of media (acids, alkalis, solvents, water). Crucially, PTFE possesses strong corrosion resistance, making this valve suitable for corrosive media, even in environments where metal valve seats are easily corroded.

2. The soft-seal design achieves airtight sealing under various operating conditions (ANSI Class VI or equivalent).

3. Compared to lug or flanged valves, the wafer-type valve body is thinner and lighter, reducing installation space and weight.

4. It can be installed between ASME/ANSI and DIN PN flanges without additional adapters.

5. PTFE remains stable over a temperature range of -10 to 180 degrees Celsius and is compatible with most industrial fluids (please refer to the specific temperature limits in the specifications).
- 6. The CF8 valve plate, conforming to AISI 304 standards, exhibits strong corrosion resistance. Therefore, all components of PTFE Seat Wafer DN32 Butterfly Valve in contact with the media are designed to handle corrosive media.
- 7. Generally speaking, DN32 butterfly valve(1.5 inch) is not a very common size; ZFA can produce sizes from DN15 to DN600.
