• The multy layer does not soften or deform at high temperatures range: -29°C to +425°C.

• Pneumatic actuator: Opening/closing time fast, response speed is 2 times faster than electric valves, suitable for automatic control.
• The wafer triple eccentric butterfly valve has a very low opening torque, reducing actuator load.
• Furthermore, the three offset butterfly valve tightens as it closes (self-locking effect), achieving a Class VI sealing rating.
• The frictionless operation of the triple-eccentric butterfly valve reduces seat wear, making it suitable for high-frequency switching.
• 2205 valve plates are austenitic duplex stainless steel containing 22% chromium, 5% nickel, and 3% molybdenum. They offer high strength (yield strength >450 MPa, approximately twice that of 316SS) and excellent corrosion resistance.
