Features of WCB PTFE Fully Lining Butterfly Valve
- WCB cast steel outer body, reliable strength
The outer valve body is made of WCB (ASTM A216) cast steel, which has high strength, good pressure resistance (precision casting, no blisters), exquisite appearance, and is suitable for medium pressure and temperature conditions. - Excellent corrosion resistance
The PTFE full lining (including valve body, valve disc and valve seat) can resist almost all chemical media, including concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali and other highly corrosive fluids. Virtually impervious to most chemicals, far superior to ordinary rubber-lined or metal valves, suitable for highly corrosive environments. - High temperature resistance and wear resistance
PTFE material has a wide temperature range (usually -10°C to +180°C), strong wear resistance, and low friction coefficient to reduce component wear. - No risk of contamination
