Basic Info
- WCC stands for “Wrought Carbon” with Grade C. Sometimes you can think first letter “C” as casting. There are 3 kind of Grade A, B & C which define the ductility & tensile strength. Grade WCC is having very good yield strength as compare to Grade WCA and Grade WCB.
- Lug center thread form: Fully Lug butterfly valve adopts lug center thread form, that is, by installing the butterfly valve on the pipe flange, it can effectively maintain the position of the valve and avoid instability of the valve caused by working pressure.
- Two-way sealing: This model of butterfly valve has a two-way sealing function, which can effectively prevent medium leakage and improve work efficiency and safety.
- Lug design: Lug butterfly valve has a lug design, which can reduce the erosion of the valve seat and sealing ring by the medium, and improve the service life and reliability.
- Centerline design: This lug butterfly valve adopts a centerline design, which makes the valve action more stable and accurate, reduces the opening and closing torque, and improves operating performance and ease of use.
