*PTFE coated valve disc is manufactured by cold-pressing or hot-pressing PTFE powder onto the outer layer of the butterfly valve disc within a specialized mold. Then, the layer is sintered to form a complete, dense lining, typically 3–5 mm thick.
*PTFE lined butterfly valve discs have a smooth, non-stick surface, minimizing friction and preventing chemical buildup.
*PTFE chemical resistance valve discs provide PTFE disc butterfly valve excellent durability and long-term sealing performance in corrosive media applications.
