The wafer butterfly valve is operated via a worm gear mechanism and equipped with a positioner for accurate valve positioning. It enables precise control and smooth operation. It is especially beneficial for larger valve sizes (e.g. ≥DN250) with higher torques.

DN200 PN16 WCB Soft Seat CF8 Disc Wafer Butterfly Valve with Positioner

Basic Info

Body Material WCB (Carbon Steel ASTM A216 WCB), known for its strength and durability. so it is ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature environments.
Disc Material: Stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance and efficient fluid control.
Seat Material: Available in EPDM, NBR, or PTFE, offering excellent sealing performance and leak prevention. Because, the soft-backed valve seat has a wider contact surface with the pipe flange, and the installation and sealing performance is better, without the need for a special flange for butterfly valves;
The soft-backed valve seat is highly replaceable and does not require any special tools. The replacement can be completed;
The main function of butterfly valve with positioner is to ensure accurate positioning and control of the valve.
The butterfly valve with positioner can accurately adjust the valve opening according to the control signal to ensure that the valve operates according to the set opening requirements.
